Listing Statuses

Each firm profile is assigned one of three statuses:

• Verified — The firm has been fully vetted. We have confirmed its official domain, verified its operational status, reviewed its rulebook, and validated its offerings against its official website. Verified firms are actively monitored for changes.
• Directory — The firm has a public website and appears to be operational, but has not completed full verification. Directory listings include basic firm data collected from public sources. We recommend verifying details independently before purchasing.
• Research — A profile created from publicly available information or user submissions. Research listings have not been verified and may contain incomplete or outdated data. They are included for reference and marked clearly so you can assess the information with appropriate caution.

Minimum Criteria for Listing

To be listed on PropFirm.Space, a firm must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Have an official registered domain name and a public website
• Demonstrate active operations (challenge sales, active trader accounts, payout activity)
• Provide a publicly available rulebook or terms of service
• Operate a prop firm model (challenge-based evaluation, funded account, or direct funding)

Firms that do not meet these criteria may be placed in Research status or removed from the directory.

Delisting Process

A firm may be delisted from PropFirm.Space under the following circumstances:

• Fraud or Misconduct: Verified reports of fraudulent behaviour, non-payment of traders, or deceptive marketing practices
• Extended Inactivity: No public activity, website offline, or no response to verification attempts for 90 days
• Rule Changes: Material changes to the firm's model that make it no longer fit the prop firm category
• User Reports: Credible, verified reports of systemic issues with payouts, platform access, or trader treatment

Delisted firms are moved to an archived state with a note explaining the reason for removal. If a firm resolves the issue, it may be re-listed after re-verification.

Source-Checked Data

All data on PropFirm.Space is collected from official firm websites and official documentation only. We do not rely on third-party aggregators, forums, or unverified user submissions for core firm data.

What "Source-Checked" Means

A source-checked badge means that a specific data point has been manually verified against the firm's official website or official documentation. This includes pricing, challenge rules, profit split percentages, payout terms, and platform availability. Source-checked data includes a direct link to the original source so you can verify it yourself.

Data Refresh Frequency

Firm data is refreshed on the following schedule:

• Active offers: Checked every 7 days or upon user report of a change
• Firm profiles: Reviewed every 30 days for accuracy
• Verified codes: Tested at checkout every 14 days
• Payout reports: Updated as firms publish new data

Unverifiable Data

If data cannot be verified against an official source, it is clearly marked as unverified. We may include unverified data in Research listings for reference, but it will always be flagged so you can assess its reliability. Users can submit corrections with source links, which we review and apply if verified.

No Paid Placement Policy

PropFirm.Space operates on a strict no-paid-placement policy. Firms cannot pay for better rankings, higher ratings, premium placement, or favourable badges. Our listings are organised based on editorial assessment of available data, not commercial arrangements.

How the Business Model Works

PropFirm.Space is funded through affiliate commissions when users click through to a firm's website and make a purchase. These affiliate relationships are clearly disclosed on every offer card and firm profile. Key principles:

• Affiliate status does not affect rankings, ratings, or verification status
• All firms, including non-affiliate partners, are evaluated by the same criteria
• We do not accept payment for listing, delisting, or adjusting firm data
• Affiliate commissions do not influence whether a firm receives a Verified, Directory, or Research badge

Maintaining Independence

Our editorial team and data collection processes are fully independent from any commercial relationships. We maintain a strict firewall between our data verification processes and our affiliate programme. No firm can review, approve, or influence its profile data before publication. If a firm requests a correction, it goes through the same verification process as any user-submitted correction.

Review Verification Process

Trader reviews are a critical part of the prop firm research process. To ensure reviews are genuine and helpful, we verify each submission before publication.

Verified Purchase Requirement

To submit a review, a trader must confirm they have purchased a challenge or account from the firm. We use the following methods to verify purchases:

• Confirmation email or receipt from the firm's official checkout
• Account dashboard screenshot showing an active challenge or funded account
• Payout proof for funded trader reviews

Reviews submitted without purchase verification are flagged as unverified and placed in a pending queue for manual review.

Moderation Process
